Why we built it
PagerDuty's bill balloons with plan-gating and a $699/mo AIOps add-on that can cost more than the base platform. And every "AI-powered" feature sends your incident data — hostnames, service names, alert text — to a third-party LLM you don't control.
Callheim is built on the opposite bets: transparent per-seat pricing that undercuts PagerDuty (Starter $9, Pro $15, Business $29 per user/mo, every feature included), AI that runs 100% inside Callheim's isolated cloud and never touches a third-party LLM, and an honest public scorecard that shows exactly where we trail PagerDuty and what we're building next.
Where we are today
Callheim is early-stage with no production customers yet. We have working infrastructure, proven load performance, and an honest comparison against PagerDuty. We publish our scores — including the low ones — because we think buyers deserve accurate information.
